I work with arts and theatre organisations, artists, actors and directors, making films which explore empathetically and intelligently the reasons why we make art. My passion is to show how art can have a role in our lives and make a difference in the world.

FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION FOR FEMALE SINGERS
Mahsa and Marjan Vahdat are renowned interpreters of Persian classical and folk music; but as female singers and campaigners for freedom of expression, they cannot perform publicly in their beloved home country of Iran. Filmed inside and outside of Iran, this independent film follows their travels and travails.

WORKING WITH INDEPENDENT FILM-MAKERS
​Stage and screen actors Joseph Millson and Sarah-Jane Potts are taking a new path in life - becoming film directors, crowd-funding films which deal with  themes of anger, hope, connection and a better way of living. Our independent documentary follows their journey of discovery.

ACCESS ALL AREAS DISABILITY THEATRE GROUP
​Access All Areas is a disability theatre group mounting a powerful production about the shocking truth of Britain's historical eugenics programme. Filmed with actor and campaigner Adam Pearson, Furnace Films and Richard Millington.

THE BELARUS FREE THEATRE
The Belarus Free Theatre is the most acclaimed refugee and dissident theatre in the world. Filmed undercover in Belarus and on the frontline of the conflict in Ukraine, this film follows them for two years as they work with Russian feminist protest artists Pussy Riot to raise awareness for international human rights.

SHAKESPEARE FOR SCHOOLCHILDREN
Every year, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre mounts a full-scale, highly accessible production specifically tailored for secondary schools, offering free tickets to thousands of children in inner city schools - many of whom have never been to the theatre before. Sponsored by Deutsche Bank.
